These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and dbb33 ("the Company", "the Platform"). All financial transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dbb33 reserves the right to void, suspend or settle bets differently from the quoted odds in the following circumstances: where a market has been offered in error; where the result of an event is subject to official investigation or reversal; where there is credible evidence of match-fixing or other corrupt activity affecting the outcome of an event; or where a technical malfunction of the platform has materially affected the conduct or outcome of a bet.

Live in-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during breaks in play, official reviews, or for any other operational reason determined by dbb33. Bets accepted during a suspension period may be voided at dbb33's discretion. Customers should always confirm that a market is active before placing a live bet.

Upon closure of an account, any remaining eligible balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment wallet within seven business days, subject to identity verification.
